The refund policy is applicable for new students only. New course from existing students do not qualify for our refund policy. We give only pro rata refunds. A pro rata refund policy means that we subtract the number of days a client has already attended the class/exams or both and then we refund the amount for the left-over time period only. You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the 10 period of days. No refund is applicable on Test Series. If the refund period has expired, you are not eligible for a refund. Violation of the terms and policy will waive the refund policy. The refund (if any) will be processed within the next 10 business days after verfication & approval. The refund will be made through Internet Banking (NEFT) Only. No refund will be made in cash.
